Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with customer for their spare parts inquiries.
∎ Work to get the order against the submitted quotation/offer.
∎ Work to get financial stability against the supplied spares and payments.
∎ Provide instant feedback to both the client and concerned authority.
∎ Communicate with the service team regarding spare parts business generation and recommendation.
∎ Visit customer office and site to improve parts business, get orders, etc.
∎ Do the documentation for the spare parts invoice / challan on the respected customer file with submission and follow-up.
∎ Work together with spare parts team for overall spares business operation.
∎ Willing to travel anytime and anywhere if required within Bangladesh.
∎ Ready to go for training, workshop, seminar out of the country.
