Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify new clients and develop strong business relationships with dealers, workshops and retailers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for automobile spare parts.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis and prepare regular sales reports.
- Promote company products through field visits, digital communication and dealer engagement.
- Ensure proper display, pricing and branding of spare parts at dealer points.
- Provide after sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle dealer queries, complaints and coordinate solutions with the service team.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows and mechanic engagement programs.
- Identify market gaps and recommend new opportunities.
- Assist management in planning new strategies and launching spare parts items.
- Maintain proper records, documents and confidentiality.
