Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring the customers are provided with excellent customer service and satisfaction
Assist and coordinate with garments and textile machinery spare parts team
Ensuring & analysis the inventory levels are maintained accurately
Making a list of the parts those need to be purchased
Preparing monthly and annual sales spare parts reports
Identify the right parts for customers
Cooperate with all departments to understand their needs & provide prompt support
Reporting on daily basis to the supervisor
