Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience as Executive Sous Chef or equivalent role in a any five star/ upper upscale full service hotels & resorts
∎ Previous supervisory experience required
∎ Previous culinary management experience in high volume restaurant
∎ Able to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisor and employee
∎ Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Excellent multitasking skills
∎ Well conversant both in Bengali and English
∎ Basic computer skills required
∎ Extensive knowledge or menu development, knowledge of both international and domestic dishes
∎ Experience in managing high volume of Banquet and Catering services within and outside the hotel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent should achieve guest satisfaction and loyalty goals, Food & Beverage revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals. Achieving of employee engagement survey and retention of employee goals would be in the list key priorities
∎ Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Organization's overall mission, vision values and strategies
∎ Ensures quality and consistency in the preparation and presentation of menu items
∎ Manages the kitchen operations aligning with hotel SOPs and brand and regularity requirements
∎ Supports Food & Beverage Outlets
∎ Assists in planning and preparation of banquet and off-site events
∎ Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
∎ Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork
∎ Conducts annual employees’ performance evaluation and provide feedback with development plan
∎ Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
∎ Ensures food safety and hygiene management as per HACCP Certification
∎ Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and management of the company.
