∎ BBA / MBA in Marketing from reputed Universities

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing & Branding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the company website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand by digital/online and traditional marketing
∎ Update all Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media posts and respond to followers
∎ Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
∎ Create innovative ideas about how to market properties and ready to share and execute them
∎ Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
∎ Market Research Responsibilities:
∎ Research and analysis online & onsite about the real estate market, customer behavior, competitors and any other business facts that contribute to increase the profit margin
∎ Prepare the prospective clientele database to initiate sales call
∎ Sales Responsibilities:
∎ Call & visit prospective customers and maintain continuous relationship with them
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and events
∎ Achieve sales target and set a new target as well
∎ Visit the land/apartment projects with the clients and brief them remarkably
∎ Follow-up the visited clients, fulfill their queries and execute a successful sale
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Maintaining after sales due diligence i.e., to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to the client
∎ Submit reports of daily, weekly & monthly work-progress to line manager & department head
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Branding, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate, Group of Companies
∎ Excellent knowledge in digital marketing, traditional branding and marketing, event management and sales in Real Estate / Land Development industry
∎ Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
∎ Excellent communication skills - liaise with a wide variety of contacts, clear and confident approach
