∎ Master of Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Food & Nutrition Science/ Food Engineering/ Food Technology from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with good academic backgrounds from reputed public universities are encouraged to apply.
∎ Skills Required: FSSC, GLP, GMP, Knowledge on ISO and HACCP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work for development Bakery, Confectionery & Frozen Snacks.
∎ Analysis reference product and get idea about product design.
∎ To take initiative for product & process system development for Bakery, Confectionery & Frozen Snacks with continuous manner.
∎ To selection and specify ingredients and raw materials for the developing products.
∎ To selection and specify of primary and secondary packaging for the developing product.
∎ To conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product.
∎ Periodical analysis of product shelf life and set up product shelf life.
∎ Prepare and develop product documentation and process instruction.
∎ Provide necessary documents and other support to cross functional departments.
∎ Ensure all the compliance of raw materials in accordance with legal regulation and company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Should have good knowledge on Food Product design, Food Product packaging, product processing and quality control.
∎ Should have good analytical ability of product & raw materials.
∎ Should have good knowledge on proper documentation & record keeping.

Salary: Negotiable
