• Good medical and pharmaceutical knowledge

• Ability to work as a team member

• With strong communication skill both in Bengali and English with excellent presentation skill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop yearly promotional and marketing plan

• Preparing annual promotional budget and forecast

• Launch new product

• Analyze competitive marketing environment and find out the strategy and developmental opportunities

• Keep liaison with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)

• Execute promotional strategies and guidelines and ensure to implement through necessity

• Arrange clinical meeting and seminars to facilitate rapport of field force with the target doctors

• Provide informational and other relevant knowledge based professional support to the potential doctors

• Coordinate promo materials procurement, allocation and distribution

• Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the work in progress Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly analysis of brand/ portfolio performance, sales and promo expense etc.

• Any other task assigned by departmental head
