Responsibilities & Context:
- Budget vs on roll check, Recruitment requisition
- Analyze the manpower requirement with recruitment team and sourcing as per budget.
- After filtering all process required select the candidate.
- Taking approval process employee required to active on system ensure onboarding.
- New joiner employee required to introduce about SQ practice, standard & culture along with Bangladesh labor law.
- Operational grievance minimization, problem solving, monitor day to day HR functions of HRBP, People engagement, Supervise daily working hour & OT according to compliance and customers code of conduct.
- Disciplinary action to be maintained for industry discipline for operating smooth operation time to time. Punishment & Job Separation required to maintain as per law & industrial practice.
- Industrial dispute minimization with DIFE & BGMEA and align with internal & external requirement.
- Ensure payment related work on time to follow-up with payroll team
