Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Individuals must be able to examine and prepare all journal vouchers and other documents related to Accounts.
∎ Take all necessary steps for valuation of inventories regarding monthly and yearly accounts.
∎ Solve billing disputes (analyze and compare records, prepare paperwork, communicate with customer/vendor billing department) also handle collection of outstanding balances.
∎ Compile Monthly reports & prepare daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
∎ Preserve & document all transactions.
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, budget variance and budgetary controlling system.
∎ Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
∎ To track Tally movement of stocks such as production, consumption and stock transfer and report to the management.
∎ Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Carry out other tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the superior management.
∎ Tally software must be performed as administrator.
