• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed university.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Help in Planning & Execution of Marketing/Promotional Activities Like SFM, FM-SFM, FGD, Campaign, DAE meetings, etc.

• Branding of the Bio-Products through appropriate approaches.

• Stock monitoring at channel points (Dealers & Retailers) and plan for liquidating the existing stock, provide necessary feedback.

• Prepare Field Marketing / Promotional Activity report weekly for the supervisor.

• Countering Competitors’ Activities on Running Target Crops.

• Establish and maintain liaison with the Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) and DAE officials.

• Identify the gap market and dealer setup.

• Develop and maintain a relationship with the dealer.

• Achieve the sales and collection target of bio products.

• Regular monitoring of FMOs activities in the assigned areas.

• Monitor the execution of 2-3 SFM/day per FMO and give feedback for further improvement.

• Provide market intelligence reports to superiors.

• Weekly reporting of FMOs on DGA execution, field situation, etc.

• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
