Responsibilities & Context:
Help in Planning & Execution of Marketing/Promotional Activities Like SFM, FM-SFM, FGD, Campaign, DAE meetings, etc.
Branding of the Bio-Products through appropriate approaches.
Stock monitoring at channel points (Dealers & Retailers) and plan for liquidating the existing stock, provide necessary feedback.
Prepare Field Marketing / Promotional Activity report weekly for the supervisor.
Countering Competitors’ Activities on Running Target Crops.
Establish and maintain liaison with the Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) and DAE officials.
Identify the gap market and dealer setup.
Develop and maintain a relationship with the dealer.
Achieve the sales and collection target of bio products.
Regular monitoring of FMOs activities in the assigned areas.
Monitor the execution of 2-3 SFM/day per FMO and give feedback for further improvement.
Provide market intelligence reports to superiors.
Weekly reporting of FMOs on DGA execution, field situation, etc.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
