∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help in Planning & Execution of Marketing/Promotional Activities Like SFM, FM-SFM, FGD, Campaign, DAE meetings, etc.
∎ Branding of the Bio-Products through appropriate approaches.
∎ Stock monitoring at channel points (Dealers & Retailers) and plan for liquidating the existing stock, provide necessary feedback.
∎ Prepare Field Marketing / Promotional Activity report weekly for the supervisor.
∎ Countering Competitors’ Activities on Running Target Crops.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with the Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) and DAE officials.
∎ Identify the gap market and dealer setup.
∎ Develop and maintain a relationship with the dealer.
∎ Achieve the sales and collection target of bio products.
∎ Regular monitoring of FMOs activities in the assigned areas.
∎ Monitor the execution of 2-3 SFM/day per FMO and give feedback for further improvement.
∎ Provide market intelligence reports to superiors.
∎ Weekly reporting of FMOs on DGA execution, field situation, etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
