MEP was established in 1974 as a private company at BSCIC Industrial State, Barishal, with a factory located in Barishal and corporate office in Bijoy Nagar, Dhaka. MEP growing company is currently manufacturing near about 1,600 types of electrical and electronics items. To keep pace with its growth, MEP is looking for young professionals who can comply with regulatory and business requirements.
∎ Job Location: Divisional City.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper corporate sales.
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ Execute all sales & marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Meet clients on regular basis for sales and after-sales issues.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading the market.
∎ Keep up-to-date information of competitors' products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers.
∎ Perform demand generation activities, sales planning, and strategies to achieve targets.
∎ Visit & find out prospective clients and create a new market opportunity.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Make a presentation for potential customers.
∎ Update and report about existing as well as upcoming customers' profiles.
∎ Create for new customer database.
∎ Ability to deal with clients & follow up sales activities & others.
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and marketing potentialities.
∎ Continuous improvement of self and organization.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure

∎ Good market planner & good communication skills.
