Position: Executive/Senior Executive – Business Development
Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and passionate individual for the position of Executive/Senior Executive (Business Development). The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business through strong field-level engagement, relationship building, sales generation, and knowledge sharing with farmers and traders. The role requires frequent field visits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and learn continuously in a competitive market environment.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct Regular Farm Visits
Visit fish, poultry, or crop farms regularly to promote company products and build strong relationships with farmers.
✅ Traders/Dealer Visit & Relationship Management
Maintain close communication with traders, dealers, and retailers to ensure product availability, branding, and feedback collection.
✅ Sales Target Achievement
Actively contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned areas.
✅ Reporting & Data Collection
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on field activities, competitor analysis, market trends, and customer feedback.
✅ Group Meetings & Seminars
Organize and conduct group meetings, seminars, and field demonstrations to educate and influence farmers and stakeholders.
✅ Develop Communication & Leadership Skills
Communicate effectively with clients and team members; continuously develop leadership qualities to guide junior staff or coordinate with teams.
✅ Learning Attitude & Market Intelligence
Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor strategies, and market developments to propose actionable insights.
