Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the Internal Audit Procedures to ensure that best practice is aken account of and that the audits address specific areas of risk manage.
∎ Verifying all Receipts & Payments of Head office or Branch office and Banking activities.
∎ Have to check & report on purchase, distribution & wastage frequently with quantity.
∎ Randomly check material requisition, gate pass, challan, fuel cost and other bills.
∎ To check cost sheet, production report and stock report.
∎ Contribute to the development of internal audit system.
∎ Physical verification of assets and reconciling the records maintained in the company's jurisdiction.
∎ Verifying the Factory Cost & analysis Budget Vs Actual Variation & report to management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard), BSA (Bangladesh Auditing Standard), Tax/VAT.
∎ Issue all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
∎ Any other assignment as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skill.
∎ Have continuous learning attitude.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
