Job Context:
We are a leading distributor of premium commercial coffee machines and kitchen equipment in Bangladesh. We are seeking a Business Operation Manager who can ensure smooth business operations while representing our brand to high-profile clients including renowned clubs, hotels, and corporate houses. The ideal candidate must be both operationally strong and socially polished — capable of managing internal workflows as well as external relationships with decision-makers like Managing Directors, Club Committees, and Procurement Heads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end business operations including sales coordination, procurement, delivery, and service support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across clubs, hotels, and banks — including Managing Directors and Purchase Committees.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial coffee and kitchen equipment segment.
Conduct professional client visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee pricing, quotation preparation, and negotiation processes with clients.
Collaborate with the Service & Technical Team to ensure timely installation, maintenance, and after-sales support.
Monitor and improve internal workflows to increase efficiency and profitability.
Prepare monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts for management.
Represent the brand in industry events, exhibitions, and professional networking sessions.
Train and guide team members to uphold the best service and brand standards
