• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Minimum MBA (Marketing/Merchandising or relevant discipline). Dhaka University MBA student will be highly preferable

• 8 to 12 years

• Age 32 to 42 years
• Only Male

• Excellent experience in merchandising & marketing in export-oriented knit garments industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Smart, proactive, and capable of working directly under top management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in merchandising, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in a reputed garments factory or buying house

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management ability.

• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and email communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage merchandising operations for international buyers.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand export markets.

• Handle buyer communication, costing, price negotiation, and order execution.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely shipment.

• Explore new business opportunities and maintain strong buyer relationships.

• Prepare reports and business analysis for management.

• Negotiable but attractive remuneration package as per company policy
