Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within assigned territory.
Develop new dealers, sub-dealers and retail networks.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure order collection, delivery follow-up and payment recovery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback.
Execute promotional activities as per company policy.
Monitor credit risk and ensure healthy receivable management.
Lead, guide and monitor field sales team performance .
Ensure proper distribution coverage and market penetration.
Maintain pricing discipline and prevent market undercutting
