Position Overview:

As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating with all Sales personnel as well as Management regarding various sales reports, documentations, Sales Target VS Achievements, Arrange Monthly Sales Meeting & report generating & all other Jobs assign by the Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up daily sales activities and report progress to management.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including targets, achievements, collections, and forecasts.

  • Coordinate monthly sales meetings and prepare Target vs Achievement analysis and presentations.

  • Maintain and update all sales records, files, documentation, and inventory records (both physical and digital).

  • Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation including booking files, internal notes, circulars, and official correspondence.

  • Develop sales dashboards, reports, and data analysis to support management decision-making.

  • Assist in preparing sales budgets, targets, and sales incentive calculations.

  • Coordinate with Accounts, Customer Service, Marketing, Audit, and other internal departments for sales documentation, payment tracking, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Monitor inventory status and update sales and availability records regularly.

  • Prepare tour bills and support administrative and operational tasks of the sales department.

  • Perform any other sales coordination and reporting duties assigned by management.
