Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and analysis records of bookings vs space utilization across different customers to optimize capacity planning and operational efficiency.
Keep records of commercial data and deliver various reports as instructed with hundred percent accuracy.
Track and prepare reports on round voyage days (Turnaround Time), Berthing delays, Port Stay duration etc for HR Lines Limited and competitors on monthly basis.
Prepare and circulate trade notices to the customers.
Prepare monthly loading for all customers.
