Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
Excellent proficiency in writing skills, interpersonal communications, verbal deftness in both English & Bangla.
Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & The Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
Analytical ability, report writing and record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities & Context: Administrative Services Management:
- Ensure smooth execution of administrative services, including housekeeping, office asset management, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Implement and maintain best practices for workplace safety and health regulations.
Security & Safety Management:
- Ensure the implementation of security protocols and safety measures for the office premises.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure a secure working environment.
Transport Management:
- Oversee the management of company vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance, fuel usage tracking, and driver coordination.
- Arrange transportation for employees, guests, and business purposes when necessary.
Guest & Hospitality Management:
- Arrange accommodation and food for guests and visitors as per organizational policies.
- Manage hotel reservations for employees on business trips and foreign guests.
Meetings & Event Management:
- Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate facilities, refreshments, and logistical support.
- Coordinate events and company programs as required.
File & Documentation Management:
- Maintain records of all administrative documents, contracts, and legal papers.
- Implement an efficient filing and retrieval system for easy access to important documents.
Hygiene, Health & CSR Initiatives:
- Ensure workplace hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.
- Participate in and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives as per company policies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Execute any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Support other departments with necessary administrative functions when required
