∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare promotional plans on assigned product portfolio.
∎ To monitor effective use of promotional materials on assigned product portfolio.
∎ To prepare area-wise action plan to pull the strategic product at target market.
∎ To create innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional programs.
∎ To Develop and prepare product training manuals.
∎ To conduct training on new and existing product for the field forces.
∎ To monitor customer's stock & record keeping.
∎ To organize meeting in collaboration with sales management team for product briefing in Customers areas. (like retailer meeting & farmers meeting etc.).
∎ To arrange product trial & demo at different location of target market.
∎ To execute any other organizational task assigned by the superior.
