∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall supervision & Monitor of Project Site personnel and work & project development and others works.
∎ Ensure timely attendance of all staff in the project site.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking.
∎ Handling any unwanted situation competently, tactfully and promptly with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Ensuring overall security of the site and deployed security personnel as required.
∎ Need to Monitor and administrate System & Support team.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
∎ Must be able to drive Motor cycle.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Worked in Security Company will add advantage
∎ Must have computer proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 27000 (Monthly)
