∎ MBA/Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly set up new operation and ensure service quality of all sites.
∎ Responsible for overall supervision & Monitor of Project Site personnel and work & project development and others works.
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking.
∎ Maintain regular site visit and try to retain all housekeeper
∎ Handling any unwanted situation competently, tactfully and promptly with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.
∎ Follow up on sites Chemical & Machinary delivery
∎ Ensuring overall workers of the site and sourced of workforce as required.
∎ Maintain chevron H&S meeting and site wise documentation.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Worked in Cleaning Company / Facility Management Services will add advantage
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
