Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge about RDP, VPS, Internal server, network management, end-user support, and existing software administration.
∎ Knowledge of network fundamentals (IP and subnetting).
∎ Prepare different kinds of reports and presentations as per business requirements.
∎ Create and maintain database strongly. Knowledge about online and offline purchases of an IT company.
∎ Any other tasks/assignments requested by Team Leader.
