FMCG Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping track of work and schedules of the sales force.
∎ Talk and communicate with the sales force for a period of time.
∎ Provide proper information to the sales force with ensuring their target.
∎ Provide correct information and guidelines to the members of the sales team according to their presence and responsibilities.
∎ Identify sales force needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Refer unresolved sales force grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery to the sales force through a follow-up process & updating documentation.
∎ Report time to time to the supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Achieve the daily target.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
∎ Prepare various reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
∎ Communicate and monitor the ongoing job performance of the present sales force.
∎ Provide the correct information to Depot, Distributor, Dealer, and Customers according to companies responsibility
∎ Maintaining all kinds of sales information, data and target file, and achievement calculations.
∎ Provide Target vs Achievement statistical reports to the sales force on the basis of daily, weekly, and monthly.
∎ Create awareness to sales force to achieve their goals within time period.
∎ Other associated tasks as required by the team over the period of time.
∎ Prepare periodic reports& submit.
∎ Answer phone calls, and reply to sales force according to their needs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good vocal tone is desired
∎ Previous experience in such work will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
