Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Real Estate Sales Selling Apartments and Commercial Space.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target. Find Prospective Client by door-to-door visit. Attain project visit with the clients as per requirement.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Plan and implement marketing strategy for Real Estate business.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities for all product and services. Where needed provide logistic support to the company.
∎ Fix up the monthly and yearly sales target. (Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set)
∎ Meeting with prospective clients.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with overseas clients.
∎ Monitor market performance .
