∎ Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications must.
∎ Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution.
∎ Good English & Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills are a must.
∎ Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Looking for chances of sale and understanding what customers need.
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers via Facebook page messages and emails.
∎ Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
∎ Maintaining records and other documentation and updated daily and monthly sales reports.
∎ Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.
∎ Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support for customers with the highest level of professionalism.
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
