Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying & presenting the products to the dealers/customers.
∎ Strategy Development: Formulate, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for consumer goods products.
∎ Brand Management: Develop and strengthen the brand image and product positioning in target markets.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape to guide marketing initiatives.
∎ Product Launches: Oversee product development and manage the launch process, working closely with cross-functional teams.
∎ Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create promotions, campaigns, and channel-specific strategies to increase sales.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing/sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
∎ Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business objectives.

∎ We seek skilled “Sr. Marketing Manager(Offline)” who will primarily be responsible for any pest control & cleaning products we have, ensuring the seamless operation of our business with the highest level of sincerity, dedication, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry and demonstrate an ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
