Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating new customers is the prime responsibility of this position.
∎ Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them housing & real estate deals.
∎ Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
∎ Update the call monitoring register every day with the signature of the top management.
∎ Prepare and maintain Customers/Clients list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company.
∎ Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
∎ Perform any other tasks as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ At least 2-3 year(s) in Housing & Real Estate Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Housing, Land Development, Real Estate, Construction.
∎ Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing
