Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions & listening carefully
∎ Describe all optional equipment and accessories available for customer purchase, explain in detail product features and benefits.
∎ Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
∎ Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal.
∎ Provide an exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Help transition customers to our Service departments to support their ownership experience, selling the quality and convenience of service repairs and/or aftersales parts and accessories available in EML service departments.
∎ Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
∎ Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft application & data analysis.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
∎ Having a clean & valid driving license is a plus!
∎ Must be a team player
