∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering ,Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any Discipline. Diploma in Chemical and relevant subjects will get priority.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Chemical Industries, Paint
∎ Customer Support/ Client Service Effective communication skills Products knowledge Sales promotion Specialized Leasing Operational (Monitoring/ collection)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In more work with Buyers, Garments, Hardware store, retailer, dealers, distributors, painters, government and non-government institutions, and washing plant for generating sales.
∎ Identify and develop potential clients and the business market.
∎ Meet the monthly sales target and identify new markets for expansion.
∎ To maintain a professional relationship between clients and the manufacturer or production floor.
∎ Capable to handle credit collection and manage the dealers, distributors & end-users.
∎ Ensure sales targets VS achievement.
∎ Ensure responsible trade-related activities report in a specific region submitted to the GM (Sales & Marketing).
∎ Be well informed about market developments, and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English and also must have good presentation and negotiation skills.
∎ Being self-motivated and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Ensuring timely product delivery to customers and product availability in Depot.
