Position: Executive Sales Officer - Full Time
Location: Tangail Area

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Executive Sales Officer for the Tangail area. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: BDT 17,000 – 25,000 (Based on interview)
TA/DA: As per company policy
Incentive & Commission: Applicable based on performance
Performance Bonus: As per company policy
Other Facilities: According to company policies
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers
Explore new market opportunities and expand distribution channels
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collection of payments
Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in FMCG sector will be given preference
Experience in Agro Feed sector will be an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
