Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response and collect order as per the requirement of international customers to ensure delivery on time
∎ Ensure the validity of international buyers by checking different documents & certificates
∎ Prepare sales contact, proforma invoice agreement with international customers
∎ Maintain communication with shipping line based on the defined schedule
∎ Monitor & follow up delivery/distribution of products for ensuring timely product delivery to the desired location/party.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
∎ Ensure timely payment from customers
∎ Maintain & develop a relationship with existing customers through Service calls
∎ Analyze marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest strategies to achieve the overall vision
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency in English Communication
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is must
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
∎ Good organization & networking ability
