Familiarity with online and digital marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare customer visit plans to generate sales leads and implement accordingly.
Communicate and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
Generate sales leads, identify target clients, and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Follow up with clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
Arrange meetings and project visits for clients.
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets with proper planning and execution.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Execute marketing campaigns and strategies in response to collected data and feedback.
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights.
Ensure proper documentation to close sales deals.
