∎ A strategic mentality capable of thinking extensively, refining questions, and influencing numerous decision-makers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify the customer's needs and expectations.
∎ Be on top of business trends and competitor activities.
∎ Accurately forecast and follow up and meet set sales targets.
∎ Work closely with the Sales Head and other support service departments with timely and accurate communication to optimize opportunities.
∎ Service and retain the business within the existing and new customer base whilst maintaining high levels of relationship.
∎ Regular and timely reporting on market updates.
∎ Accurate RM forecasting based on trends and seasons.
