Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives, which includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the logistics and shipping sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, and prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Contract and Negotiation: Prepare sales contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure new business.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and suggest strategies.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
