• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing

• Bachelor, BBA, MBA in Marketing.
• Academic qualification can be considered if the candidate has vast experience in graphic designing, printing and packaging industry.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Packaging Industry

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Sales, Marketing, Graphic designing and other sales related field.

• At least 2/3 years Sales & Marketing experience in the areas that has mentioned above.

• Well conversant on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, MS Word & E-mail communication.

• Strong sales closing capacity and positive attitude to take challenges.

Job Context

We are currently seeking ambitious and skilled sales and marketing professional with satisfactory track record in printing, packaging and other industrial sectors. In this role, He/who will increase productivity, inspire and motivate existing clients, and optimize our company`s market. Candidates for this role will be creative, artistic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.

Responsibilities:

• This enterprise deals with industrial products. The candidates who are experienced in graphic designing and printing field will be highly considered.

• To identify target market, sales channel and execution of dispatch orders in coordination with Sales and Marketing team.

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

• Monitoring, Evaluating and market analysis to achieve the target.

• Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, to achieve sales target. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market; find out customers` requirements and take necessary action to fulfill those requirements.

• Maintains strong relationship with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and try to keep them satisfied.

• Responds to customer complaints or inquires and develops action plans and try to keep them satisfied.

• Ensure to receive sales order and delivery products on time and report to the management regularly.

• Analysis market and taking initiative for framework.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

• The Candidates who has experience in flexible packaging designing will be considering especially.

• Having sound knowledge and practical experience in Adobe Photoshop CS & Illustrator CS.
