Additional Requirements:
  • The applicant should have experience in the following areas: construction chemicals/cement/steel/paint/RMC.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
  • Knowledge of various sales techniques, including consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling,and value-based selling.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop strategies.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have a personal bike.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies – Identify target markets, set sales goals, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships – Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct Market Research – Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.

  • Promote Products and Services – Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Manage Leads and Inquiries – Identify new leads, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team – Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and strategies that support sales objectives.

  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals – Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to close sales.

  • Track Sales Performance and Metrics – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

  • Participate in Sales Meetings and Training – Regularly attend meetings, sales training sessions, and events to stay updated on products, techniques, and industry trends.

  • Prepare Sales Reports – Provide regular reports on sales activities, goals, challenges, and outcomes to management.

  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database – Update client details and track communication to manage relationships effectively.
