∎ Diploma In Civil Engineering from public or well-reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing plan according to business strategy and prepare a sales forecast.
∎ Execute marketing plan; lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase sales growth
∎ Frequent visits to corporate and trade markets (specially Dhaka city and Industrial areas)
∎ Communicate with existing customers to ensure the best service with technical support
∎ Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the potential corporate and trade clients
∎ Search and expand new opportunities to develop new customers
∎ Report to the line manager and management daily, weekly, and monthly basis
∎ Collect customer feedback and analyze the degree of customer satisfaction in every quarter

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Corporate and trade markets of cement, building, and construction materials/products and services
∎ Experience in marketing, technical support, customer handling & development, and sales growth
∎ Good knowledge and command of business and marketing strategy
∎ Enthusiastic, positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and team player
