Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospect for new leads and follow up on existing leads to generate sales.
∎ Conduct property tours and provide information on available apartments to potential buyers.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and customer interactions.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to stay informed on pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.
∎ Attend industry events and participate in networking activities to expand the company's reach and increase sales.
