Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
∎ Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to stay informed on pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the executive team.
∎ Attend industry events and participate in networking activities to expand the company's reach and increase sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
∎ Proven track record of successful sales management experience, preferably in real estate.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive sales growth.
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
