∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent ourselves as an ambassador of company to people in market as they believe you as their opinion leader.
∎ Developing in depth product knowledge.
∎ To look after customer quarries & counseling.
∎ Establish demonstration to present our product with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
∎ Prepare market visit plan through route chart & get Approval route chart from line authority.
∎ Make our product available in 80% outlet covered in route chart. Have to increase demand of our product to the stakeholders. Ensure order and sales collection through dealer.
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting on prescribed format.
∎ Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives.
∎ Disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Attain monthly target and collection as assigned.
∎ Collect proper sales tools, POSM, sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
∎ Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & Share timely for taking necessary Steps.
∎ Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual Target & the personal Goal.
∎ Door to Door awareness activation to promote our brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Ability to work for long working
∎ Candidates Having Experience in Sales/as SR will get preference
