Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed College or University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability to understand local market trends and buyers' psychology.
∎ Design and implement business strategies to meet the objectives and targets of the management.
∎ Forecast sales volume and prepare action plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare the buyers database and make sales improvement plan.
∎ Follow up with buyers, negotiating pricing, terms & conditions and ensure timely execution of orders
∎ Co-ordination with operations team for new products, product development, market demand and other issues.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing sales activities and other issues.
∎ Regular visit door to door client.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges
∎ Any other assignment given by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Applicant must have experience in Marketing / Sales Trading company
∎ Applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office and reporting skill.
∎ Applicant should be dynamic, self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Motorcycle driving license holder will get extra preference.
