Position: Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Job Context: This position is responsible for developing business opportunities by visiting real estate companies, consulting firms, government projects, PWD engineers, and architects. It involves client relationship management, sales territory coverage, channel partner development, sales campaign execution, order coordination, and reporting to achieve company sales target.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Frequently visit real estate companies, consulting firms, government projects, PWD engineers and Architects.

  • Identify new business opportunities by acquiring new customers, dealers and other channel partners.

  • Coordinate to ensure timely and accurate product coverage in the designated sales territory and order fulfillment.

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and develop strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  • Prepare sales report, visiting plans and update the line manager.

  • Develop strong relationships with assigned area potential clients to generate leads.
