∎ 5-6 years of experience in Building Materials industries is mandatory.
∎ Experience to work with Govt. Authority, Architects, Consulting Firms and Real Estate Companies are required.
∎ Having a motorbike driving license is mandatory.
∎ 5-6 years of experience in Building Materials industries is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Frequently visit real estate companies, consulting firms, government projects, PWD engineers and Architects.
∎ Identify new business opportunities by the acquisition of new customers, dealers and other channel partners.
∎ Plan and execute sales campaigns and develop strategies to achieve company sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
