• Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
• Product Promotion: Promote and demonstrate the benefits of our products to potential and existing customers.
• Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on sales leads, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
