• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
