Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and Email communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and direct selling.
Visit retailers and HoReCa outlets regularly to collect orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor the performance of salesmen and the delivery process.
Track and improve sales at each retailer and maintain a customer database.
Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets.
Identify and onboard new retailers and HoReCa customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and local stakeholders.
Handle customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales service.
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management team.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Candidates with a valid driving license and personal bike will be preferred.
