∎ Good command in English & Bengali; both spoken and written
∎ Able to achieve target-oriented sales plan
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have excellent analytical & presentation abilities
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Must have "Can Do" attitude

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunity by generating leads
∎ Reaching out to new customers and prepare presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of company’s product/services
∎ Promoting the company's products/services addressing or understanding client’s requirement
∎ Arranging the distribution of marketing materials like: Brochure, Banners, Posters etc.
∎ Maintaining a strong relationship with respective and potential clients
∎ Ensuring flawless after sales support to clients
∎ Provide Daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Manager to ensure overall sales review to keeping up to date with products, market and competitors
∎ Conducting personal research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Visit Retail, Corporate Customers, preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal
∎ Should Able to achieve sales target within the specified market.
∎ Create new customer and maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients
