Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Presentation skill, Sales & Marketing, speaking english and bengali, Tele Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
client handling, Corporate Marketing, Direct Sales and Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To forecast, plan and execute sales plan
∎ To liaise and building relationships with clients.
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiating with clients as per sales guideline.
∎ To contribute the strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
∎ Create Corporate & Individual Leads.
∎ Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
∎ Record customer details as per sales & marketing guideline.
∎ Schedule appointments to meet prospective clients.
∎ Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction.
∎ Visit potential & existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client's needs.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with on time and quality service in a dedicated manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sales commission will be added
